    Celebrate the 20th annual Lights On Afterschool Oct. 24, 2019!

    Come celebrate with us! at Greer Elementary School.
    The Galt Elementary School District ASES Program and the Afterschool Alliance organize Lights On Afterschool to draw attention to the many ways afterschool programs support students by offering them opportunities to learn new things—dance, community service, robotics, Tae Kwon Do and poetry—and discover new skills.

    Free Dinner from 4:00 to 6:00pm. 
    Featuring a Showcase at 5:00pm with BFLCs, ASES, Galt Youth Commission, and more!
    Lawn games, sidewalk chalk and other activities!

    Measure K - Citizens' Oversight Committee

    Galt Joint Union Elementary District needs a community member who is an active member of a taxpayers’ association to serve on our Measure K Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee.  Howard Jarvis and the California Taxpayers’ Associations are examples of taxpayers’ associations. You can become a member at caltax.org.

    The Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee shall inform the public concerning the expenditure of bond revenues. The citizens’ oversight committee shall actively review and report on the proper expenditure of taxpayers’ money for school construction.

    SEVA Studios on Assignment: The Galt Sesquicentennial Event

    Crews from River Oaks Elementary School, Robert L. McCaffrey Middle School and Galt High School attended the Galt Sesquicentennial. With the help of mentors from SECC, the crews got a crash course in field reporting and were able to document the event by interviewing elected officials, community members and attendees.

    Our 2017-2018 School Accountability Report Cards are now available.  Please follow the link below to view.  Paper copies can be requested at each school site or the District Office.  Spanish versions of the SARCs are currently being translated and will be available upon completion.
