    Emergency Broadband Benefit for Consumers

    The Emergency Broadband Benefit is a temporary FCC program to help families and
    households struggling to afford broadband internet service during the COVID-19 pandemic.  The

    Staff and Student COVID Testing

    California Department of Public Health guidance for reopening schools requires school districts to provide free COVID-19 testing to all staff and students.  The recommended Cadence is once every two weeks.

    Following the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) Guidance, the Galt Joint Union Elementary School District must post for public viewing the COVID Safety Plan, which consists of two elements: the COVID-19 Prevention Program (CPP), pursuant to CalOSHA requirements, and the CDPH COVID-19 Guidance Checklist which satisfies requirements for the safe reopening of schools per CDPH Guidance on Schools.
